About Sarah

My life has been a journey of healing, growth and self-discovery. Through experiences of loss, grief and trauma, I’ve learned the importance of compassion, kindness and connection with ourselves. I found yoga in my early twenties, and it has supported me throughout my life, helping me stay grounded and connected. After a 20-year career in hairdressing and being a single mum I worked in different jobs while raising my child. Through all the changes, yoga remained a constant. Today, I’m passionate about sharing the practices that have supported me, including Yoga, Cacao and Reiki. This is how The Healing Path was born.

As a retreat host, my aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply be. I want you to feel seen, heard and supported as you take time for yourself.

You don’t have to do it all alone. Come as you are, take a breath, and let’s heal and reconnect together.

Hello I am Eileen

I am a Yoga Instructor and Holistic Therapist. I am passionate about helping people find balance through movement, breath, relaxation and wellbeing. Alongside yoga I offer holistic treatments including Reiki, Seichem, Reflexology (Foot, Facial, Hot Stone), Swedish massage and Indian head Massage, supporting both the physical and emotional wellbeing. I began Eileen's Wellness Lodge to support this journey.

My backround is in mental health nursing, I worked here for many years. I currently work as a clinical manager for Suicide Or Survive, helping people to get well and stay well. Understanding that help comes in many different forms and I am proud to be apart of people's journeys.

I believe yoga is for everybody and I am looking forward to sharing practices, tips and inspiration to support your wellbeing journey on our wonderful retreat.
