Outdoor Yoga

From May to September, I will be offering Outdoor Yoga classes every Saturday from 10:30–11:30am in the beautiful natural setting of The Curragh, Co. Kildare. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, these classes will be the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with nature. Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a gentle and adaptable practice designed to meet people exactly where they are. I teach several weekly classes for groups with varying needs, including Men’s Sheds, Women’s groups, nursing homes, and the Irish Wheelchair Association. Each session can include breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to support stress relief and well-being in everyday life. I tailor every class to suit the group. Through a personal journey shaped by loss, grief, trauma and transformation, I found grounding in yoga, cacao, and Reiki—practices that continue to support me through life’s challenges. After leaving a 20-year hairdressing career and navigating single motherhood, these healing modalities became my anchor. Now, I share them with others to offer the kind of support I once needed. You don’t have to heal alone—my mission is to make you feel seen, heard, and held as you begin your own path.
