Reiki is a powerful energy therapy offered during one-to-one sessions, group events, and healing retreats. Known for its calming, balancing effects, Reiki works with your body’s natural energy field to restore harmony and flow. Through light touch and gentle guidance, Reiki supports physical healing, emotional release, and deep rest. Cacao
Cacao is a beautiful heart-opening plant medicine that I offer during retreats, Reiki sessions, and one-to-one appointments. Known for its grounding and uplifting effects, Cacao is rich in magnesium, naturally anti-inflammatory, and a gentle mood-booster. It supports emotional release, enhances creativity, and invites you to connect more deeply with yourself. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or simply a moment of peace, Cacao offers a nurturing space to open your heart and tune in.

From May to September, I will be offering Outdoor Yoga classes every Saturday from 10:30–11:30am in the beautiful natural setting of The Curragh, Co. Kildare. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, these classes will be the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with nature. Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle and adaptable practice designed to meet people exactly where they are. I teach several weekly classes for groups with varying needs, including Men’s Sheds, Women’s groups, nursing homes, and the Irish Wheelchair Association. Each session can include breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to support stress relief and well-being in everyday life. I tailor every class to suit the group. Through a personal journey shaped by loss, grief, trauma and transformation, I found grounding in yoga, cacao, and Reiki—practices that continue to support me through life’s challenges. After leaving a 20-year hairdressing career and navigating single motherhood, these healing modalities became my anchor. Now, I share them with others to offer the kind of support I once needed. You don’t have to heal alone—my mission is to make you feel seen, heard, and held as you begin your own path.
