The Healing Path came from my own healing journey.
A journey of deep diving into soul shadows, while learning compassion and respect for myself along the way. With a lifetime of loss, grief and trauma to walk through, sometimes crawling, but moving forward nonetheless. I found yoga in my early twenties, and it has been a huge source of support for me over the years.
I decided I must share my love of yoga.
Not having much time on my hands as a single mum, having worked many jobs to make ends meet after leaving my hairdressing profession for over twenty years. Yoga has always been there throughout and continues to be something I can return to, to keep myself grounded and anchored to myself.
When life gets tough, I have Yoga, Cacao and Reiki to support me on this journey. My gift is to share these healing modalities with you.
The healing, growing and discovering never ends, but let us support ourselves through it all. My goal is to offer you the support I never had, to make you feel seen, heard and understood. Support matters, let us heal together on this healing path called life.
