Join me each week for a variety of yoga and meditation classes, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, and guided Meditation—each thoughtfully designed to help you ground, restore, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice, these classes offer a welcoming space to slow down, tune in, and nourish your body and mind. We begin every session with gentle grounding techniques and calming affirmations to help settle your nervous system and create a sense of inner stillness. From there, we move through a mindful flow of yoga postures, tailored to suit the energy of the group—balancing strength, flexibility, and presence.
Breathwork is gently woven throughout, helping you develop greater awareness, ease tension, and deepen the connection between your body and breath. Each class concludes with a long, restorative guided relaxation—inviting your whole system to let go, reset, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing therapy that helps bring your body, mind, and spirit back into balance. In each one-hour session, you’re invited to fully switch off, relax, and receive. Through light touch and energetic alignment, Reiki supports your natural healing processes, relieves stress, and restores emotional and physical well-being. It’s a beautiful way to enhance the flow of energy within and reconnect with your inner calm.
Cacao is a beautiful heart-opening plant medicine that I offer during retreats, Reiki sessions, and one-to-one appointments. Cacao is known for its grounding and uplifting effects, Cacao is rich in magnesium, naturally anti-inflammatory, and a gentle mood-booster. It supports emotional release, enhances creativity, and invites you to connect more deeply with yourself. Cacao offers a nurturing space for you to open your heart and tune in.
From May to September, I will be offering Outdoor Yoga classes every Saturday from 10:30–11:30am in the beautiful natural setting of Donnelly’s Hollow, The Curragh, Co. Kildare. Surrounded by fresh air and open space, these classes will be the perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with nature. Chair Yoga is a gentle and adaptable practice designed to meet people exactly where they are. I teach several weekly classes for groups with varying needs, including Men’s Sheds, Women’s groups, nursing homes, and the Irish Wheelchair Association. Each session can include breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation to support stress relief and well-being in everyday life. I tailor every class to suit the group. One-to-One Yoga sessions are a wonderful way to receive personalised support and deepen your practice in a way that feels safe and tailored to you. Whether you are working with a medical condition, navigating physical challenges, or simply would like guidance before joining a public class, these sessions are designed around your unique needs. They are perfect for exploring specific poses, helping you build confidence, or reigniting progress.
Join me for beginner-friendly yoga classes in Newbridge, designed to help you feel grounded, centered, and restored. On Mondays at 10am, I teach a gentle Hatha class at Balanced Bodies Holistic Centre. On Tuesdays at Scoil Na Naomh Uilig, you can choose from Hatha at 7pm or Ashtanga with care at 8:30pm. Each class begins with grounding and gentle affirmations, flows into mindful movement, and ends with a deeply relaxing guided rest. All are welcome—come just as you are.
